Thank you for joining me today from the lovely and talented Jane Riches to celebrate and say farewell to the 2014-2016 In Colours.

I hear you ask; what was my favourite one. Well as any good mother will tell you, “We don’t have favourites, we just love some more than others”. So my most loved was Lost Lagoon, Mossy Meadow, Hello Honey, Blackery Bliss then Tangelo Twist.  I think, I will miss Mossy Medow the most.

For me, when I see these colours they invoke a feeling of Autumn.  So I used this feeling to help me created this project for you this week.

So, let get on with it and reveal my creation for this challenge. I decided that a set of cards all boxed up was a fitting way to say farewell!

Project Ingredients

Tools – 141897 Clear Wink of Stella (outlined the Swallowtail and the edge of the striped DSP), 138282 Tags & Labels Framelits, 138283 Leaflets Framlets, 133774 Envelope Punch Board.

Cardstock and Designer Series Paper – 138433 2014-2016 DSPS,133682 Blackberry Bliss, 133685 Hello Honey, 133686 Lost Lagoon, 133683 Mossy Meadow & 133684 Tangelo Twist.

Accents, Embellishments & Ribbon – 138421 Blackberry Bliss 5/8″Striped Cotton Ribbon, 138418 Lost Lagoon 5/8″Striped Cotton Ribbon, 138382 2014-2016 In Colour Designer Washi Tape.

I will put up a video at a later date explaining the how to, in regards to the box that was made for this set of cards. The box is simple and beautiful in its own right. So, I think I will be making a lot more of this style of box in the future for card sets.
